Terms of Service

1. About the Service

tunov (the "Service") is an individually operated service that uses AI to analyze public playlist (Spotify, YouTube Music) URLs you provide, producing a taste summary and new song recommendations. Recommended songs only link to each platform's search page and are never automatically added to your playlist.

2. Scope of the Service (What We Don't Do)

tunov is a software (SaaS) service that operates strictly within the scope below, and does not provide the following:

• We only look up track metadata (song title, artist name) of public playlists, via each platform's official API (Spotify Web API, YouTube Data API, etc.).
• We do not download, store, stream, or redistribute audio/video files, and we do not keep any audio data on our servers. (This is not an audio download/conversion service.)
• We do not provide features that bypass or circumvent any platform's paid subscriptions, regional restrictions, access permissions, or terms of service.
• We do not collect, sell, or resell personally identifiable information of users or third parties, and we do not provide OSINT-style features that arbitrarily collect or expose public information.
• This Service is unrelated to the sale of physical goods, brokering of personal services, or operating a marketplace (reselling others' goods or services).

3. Conditions of Use

• Any playlist you want analyzed must be set to Public.
• The free daily usage limit is 3 analyses, which resets the following day.
• You can set the number of recommended songs yourself, from 1 up to 10.

4. Paid (Premium) Service

Premium (unlimited access) features are currently in development and not yet available. Any in-app Premium messaging is advance notice of a feature planned for future release, and no payment currently occurs. When Premium formally launches, these Terms will be updated to specify pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund conditions, in compliance with our payment processor's policies.

5. Content and Copyright

Song information (title, artist, etc.) and links included in recommendation results are subject to the policies and copyright of each music platform (Spotify, YouTube Music). The Service does not directly provide or distribute audio files, and only links to each platform's search/playback pages.

6. Disclaimer

• The accuracy or completeness of AI analysis results (taste summaries, song recommendations) is not guaranteed.
• Service availability may be limited due to changes in third-party platform (Spotify, YouTube) policies, outages, changes to URL formats, and similar events.
• This Service is a free personal project and does not guarantee continuous availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. User Obligations

Users must comply with applicable law and each music platform's terms of service while using the Service, and must not use the Service for improper purposes (excessive automated requests, causing server load, circumvention or resale of the kind prohibited in Section 2, etc.).

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to improve the Service or to reflect changes in applicable law. Any changes will be announced on this page.
